Tyler’s body and into another the first chance he got. But seeing as how Klaus’s
original body was not reduced to cinders and ash, he’d like it back, please.

Following Vamplaric’s revelations to the Council, there is now, quite literally, a new sheriff in town. When the desire for blood and the beating of Pastor Young’s heart becomes too much, Elena tries to run. She doesn’t get very far. She wakes up in the barn. The ventilation system has been modified to circulate vervained air. Rebekah is in a pen across from her, Stefan next to. Elena tells him she didn’t feed. Rebekah’s day just got an upside. “I’d say you’ve got less then three hours to feed before I get to watch you die all over again.”
Bonnie is in the basement of the Witch Mansion trying to commune with the spirits. It’s not going very well. They’re not listening. If they won’t help, Bonnie proposes going to the other side herself. Elena is still in transition – not fully dead, not fully alive. Her spirit may exist in both places – and witches have free reign on the other side. Bonnie will stop her own heart, find Elena, and bring them both back. “I’m stronger now. I found a new source of power.” None of this sounds like fun times to Jeremy, but if he wants his sister back, it’s the only way. When Bonnie develops a nose bleed of power Jeremy tries to pull her back, but he can’t stop the spell. Bonnie finds herself in the pen with Elena. She takes her by the hands, gently guiding her. “We’re going home.”
